Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a common therapy modality that is often used in sessions. This method helps a person understand the connection between their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. The goal is to identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a form of talk therapy where we explore childhood patterns and/or trauma and see how it affects you today. This type of therapy helps to increase a person’s emotional awareness and also unpacks any unconscious beliefs that you may be carrying from your past.
Attachment Therapy
Attachment therapy may also be used since it explores your earliest attachment with your caregivers and how it affects a person in their current relationships. We often work with individuals who have realized that they may have anxious or avoidant attachment styles and who want to learn how to have a secure attachment to their partner.

Trauma therapy is a specialized type of therapy that addresses the psychological and emotional effects of trauma. Your Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist will work on coping strategies with you before safely exploring the specific trauma you have gone through in your past.
Walk & Talk
Walk and talk therapy is offered to clients who feel more comfortable processing their thoughts while moving rather than sitting across from their therapist. A separate consent form and release is issued for walk & talk therapy.
