Amy seamlessly integrates over 20 years of expertise as a music therapist with her comprehensive training as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor. Drawing from modalities such as DBT and CBT for individuals and the Gottman Method as well as Imago for couples, Amy adeptly guides clients towards change.

With a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, Amy fosters compassion while working with individuals, couples, and families across all age groups. When appropriate, Amy used mediums like music, art, and imagery to empower clients to articulate and navigate complex emotions. Amy is deeply committed to enhancing relationships, guiding clients from discord and distress to connection and emotional security.
